Labs and Homework

Availability of homework assignments will be announced in class. Usually there is also a set of practice assignments. The practice assignments often contain details on new techniques and SAS programming suggestions. Assignments will be available on samiam as

$HW/hwx
and
$HW/pracx

where "x" is replaced by the current homework number.
To download them to your personal computer or any other computer besides samiam, use ftp by:

  1. make an ftp connection to psych.colorado.edu [details depend on your ftp client]
  2. enter anonymous as the username
  3. enter email address as password
  4. cd pub/stat [changes directory]
  5. get hwX [where X is replaced by appropriate number]
  6. get pracX [where X is replaced by appropriate number]
